The Helix Project in Newcastle, also known as Newcastle Helix, is a major urban regeneration initiative located in the city's center. This 24-acre development is a partnership between Newcastle University, Newcastle City Council, and Legal & General, aimed at establishing a global center for sustainable innovation and research.
